FinePrint also features universal print previewer, deleting unwanted pages, converting to grayscale, removing blank pages, removing unwanted text and images, printing multiple pages on a single sheet, archiving print jobs. There are many ways to reduce paper consumption in an organization. Two of the most common are duplex printing, and multi-up printing. These methods can be effective but are not optimal.

Features
Duplex printing: Printing on both sides of the paper (called duplexing) using special duplexing hardware can reduce the amount of paper used and it is fully supported by FinePrint. However, duplexing has some drawbacks:
• It requires special hardware that is not available for all printers.
• The user must specifically ask for duplexing service via the printer driver which an often cumbersome task.
• Duplexing takes more time than printing two single sheets of paper because of the longer paper path and complicated mechanics of duplex devices.
• Printers jams are more common in duplex printers which may require the use of heavier paper stock.

Multi-up printing: Some printers have printer drivers that can print multiple pages on a sheet. Multi-up printing as it is called, is an excellent way to save paper as it reduces paper and toner use, speeds up the printing process and causes less wear and tear on printers. Surprisingly, these drivers are underutilized because:
• Each printer brand and model has a different method and user interface for the multi-up function.
• Multi-up functions are hidden within the printer driver and are inconvenient to access
• No preview feature is available to determine if the material will be readable in different multi-up formats.
• The user must remember to reset the multi-up setting when single page printing is desired. Forgetting to do so often leads to reprinting, wasting more paper and time.

FinePrint supports duplex printing on all printers but emphasizes the multi-up printing method as the preferred mode. This makes FinePrint an ideal solution for the following reasons:
• Single printer driver provides advanced functions for all printers eliminating the training problem associated with multiple user interfaces presented by different manufacturer drivers.
• Print preview window appears for each print job. This makes it easy to determine the best layout for the particular content being printed.
• Bypass button goes straight to printer with a single click in cases where no additional formatting is desired.
• Server edition eases installation across workstations.

Menu Customizer
UBitMenu (included in Bonus folder) will add Office 2003 type toolbars and menus to Office 2016.

Microsoft has removed the ability to run parallel versions of Office with the 2016 release.
Part of the installer will search and remove any previous version and not permit the operation of older components. e.g. an older version of Outlook 2013/2010 with Publisher 2016.

In other words, don’t mix Office versions.
You can use Microsoft FixIt Tools to manually uninstall / remove / delete previous Office versions
** Uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010
** Uninstall Office 2016, Office 2013 or Office 365

This should remove all traces of Office from the system.

Professional interface
• By judging the interface with a neatly organized structure and the samples loaded at startup to help you get started, it’s clear that EssentialPIM Pro is really professional, as its name says. You can navigate and create new appointments and to-do lists by specifying as many information as you can, such as subject, location, status, start and end time, duration, priority, completion level, and category.

Create tasks and fill in information
• In addition, you can attach notes and external files, enable a reminder (at the event time or before the task), set EssentialPIM Pro to repeat the task, as well as mark it as an all-day event or exclusive event.
• Similarly, you can create to-do lists, notes, and contacts to create an address book with other people’s personal and business information, schedule an upcoming event and take notes, as well as explore emails and send new messages, provided that you have linked the tool to a Microsoft Office account. A calendar with all events is put at your disposal, and you can easily tell them apart by color, depending on their category (e.g. important, business, birthday). You can also conduct search operations across the entire database, manage attachments, password-protect the database to restrict the access of other users, as well as import, export and synchronize data to a wide range of supported formats.

Evaluation and conclusion
• The application requires low-to-moderate RAM and low CPU to work properly, includes a comprehensive help file with snapshots for beginners, supports several languages and automatically checks for updates upon initialization. We haven’t come across any issues during our tests, since the program did not hang, crash or prompt error dialogs. Thanks to its intuitive layout yet rich features, EssentialPIM Pro should please all users looking for a reliable personal organized backed by practical tools and customization preferences.

Notepad++

is a handy, very useful source code editor designed to support several programming languages. Notepad++ is designed to be a freeware replacement for Notepad.

This project is based on Scintilla edit component (a very powerful editor component) and written in C++ with pure win32 api (i.e. without MFC, that ensures the higher execution speed and smaller size of the program).

User Define Syntax Highlighting:
It allows user to define his own language : not only the syntax highlighting keywords, but also the syntax folding keywords, comment keywords and the operators.

You can edit several documents at the same time.

Multi-View:
You have two views at same time. That means you can visualize (edit) 2 different documents at the same time. You can visualize (edit) in the 2 views one document at 2 different positions as well. The modification of document in one view will carry out in another view (i.e. you modify the SAME document when you are in clone mode).

Regular Expression Search supported:
You can search one string in the document by using the regular expression.

Full Drag ‘N’ Drop supported:
You can open a document by drag & drop. You can also move your document from a position (or even a view) to another by drag & drop.

Dynamic position of Views:
The user can set the position of the views dynamically (only in 2 views mode : the splitter can be set in horizontal or in vertical).

File Status Auto-detection:
If you modify or delete a file which opened in Notepad++, you will be notified to update your document (reload the file or remove the file).

Zoom in and zoom out:
That’s another fantastic function of Scintilla component.

Multi-Language environment supported:
The Chinese, Japanese and Korean Windows environments are supported.

Bookmark:
User can just click on the bookmark margin (located right side of line number margin) or type Ctrl+F2 to toggle a book mark. To reach the bookmark, type just F2 (Next bookmark) or Shift+F2 (Previous bookmark). To clear all bookmarks, click the Menu Search->Clear All bookmarks.

Brace and Indent guideline Highlighting:
When the caret stay beside of one of those symbol { } [ ] ( ) , the symbol beside of caret and its symmetric opposite symbol will be highlighted, as well as the indent guideline (if any) in order to locate the bloc more easily.

The interface of the application is familiar but comes with a twist. Right next to the editing area you can view an Explorer pane, to quickly locate and access files.

So, you can use the undo and redo functions, copy and paste text, toggle sticky vertical mode, copy text in quotes and insert the current time and date.

But you can also jump to a particular line, convert the selection (e.g. split or join lines, to lowercase or uppercase), insert special characters, duplicate and cut lines, as well as tag jump.

Moreover, you can bookmark items, collapse or expand a line, check the spelling, as well as use a search and replace tool (you can even look for text in multiple files at once).

Furthermore, you can wrap text by characters, window or page, display line numbers and a ruler, insert spaces for tabs, switch to full screen mode and change the font.

Additionally, you can compare or synchronize two documents, reset to normal mode, record, customize and use macros, change properties for the currently selected configuration, import and export settings, use plugins and external tools, and others.

The text editor requires a very small amount of system resources and comes with a complete user documentation for all levels. We haven’t come across any problems during our tests, since EmEditor Professional did not freeze or crash. We strongly recommend it to all users.
